Dirk Cooper, CPA - Board Member

Mr. Cooper is president and CEO at Hi-Noon Petroleum, Inc., a company with over $80 million of annual revenues. His responsibilities include overseeing the company’s operations and financial activities, including wholesale and retail fuel operations in Montana and Idaho. Prior to joining Hi-Noon in 2003, he worked as a Certified Public Accountant for the international firm KPMG in Portland, Oregon. One of Mr. Cooper’s areas of expertise is auditing and consulting with broker-dealers and large investment fund managers on the West Coast.

Education: B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Montana, Missoula (1990).
Community Involvement: Former treasurer for the International Choral Festival; singer with the Missoula Symphony Chorale.
